Cat names in transit notifications

OnlyCat now supports transit notifications that include the cat’s name, for example “Jinx’s house — Jinx came in”. Guidance describing this as a future-only feature is out of date.

Phone push notifications

In the OnlyCat app, go to Account → Push notifications to manage phone notifications.

The alarm on your OnlyCat device

The device alarm is managed separately in your door policy rule settings. Changing phone push notifications does not change the device alarm.

Tell Support whether you mean a notification on your phone or a sound from the flap, which setting you changed, and what happened. This helps us give you the right guidance without repeating unrelated steps.
