What is the warranty period?

We want you to love your OnlyCat! That’s why we back it with a 2-year warranty on a return-to-factory basis. Here’s what that means for you:

Coverage: If your OnlyCat has a manufacturing defect or stops working properly under normal use within 2 years of purchase, we’ll repair it or replace it.
Easy Claims: Simply reach out to our friendly support team and we’ll guide you through the process.
What’s Not Covered: The warranty doesn’t cover damage from unauthorised opening of the device, accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Your Peace of Mind: We handle the hard stuff - you just enjoy your OnlyCat.
